uploading.com account doesn't work

My Uploading.com acc is inactive (red color) - login and password are 100% correct. I have checked everything. It must be program issue
Other hosts are working properly.

Please help me

use a-Z,0-9 in your password only for compatibility

I checked that and it works ...
delete your account, insert it again then send report from my app

i dont know what happened but now program is uploading and my acc status is still red...

btw.
this captcha is sometimes really anoying  ;)
