low speed

every time 2 start upload any file.rar

i fount low speed max 80 kp/sec

dont know why !!? , befor my uploading was 1 mg/sec till 3 mg/sec

now i dnt knw wht's da problem !!?

you have been limited because you uploaded too much for the freeware version
