Problem with giggsize.com

Hi
I have problem with gigasize.com. I can't add account to file hoster. I was checked several times my login and pass, but always see "No" in active. Any suggestion?

do you use a-Z,0-9 in your password only?

I have from you TWO registered version and I could't add gigasize.com to both ;)
