Files not being assigned to my account
« on: 08-05-2010, 04:58:40 »
Hi,

I'm on version 5.3.9 registered Win2003 server with Semantec Endpoint Firewall.
When I upload, all files went thru ok with no error message. However, some files are not being assinged to my account. It happens with many server such as MU, easy-share, sharingmatrix ect.

For MU I re-check with MU manager all files are there but some are not assigned to my premium account. I have to reupload those files so that they will appear in my account. As I said, it is not jus MU it happens with may other servers as well.

Is there anything you can do to solve this problem as it is time consuming to re-check everytime if all files are successfully uploaed to my account.

Many thanks,

no, there is no bug ... I just need that report to find out what the real problem is
