Error in "Change settings directory" option OK

When I try to change the settings directory of FIU to the directory that i want i´ve got this error:

I have done it without uploading any file.

I´m using Windows 7 Home Premium (6.1.7600).I have tried with the antivirus closed and i got the same problem.

you can't change it to Program Files!
That folder is read only in Win7 (not used for storing settings).
My app does not have write access to save anything in that folder

So,it´s impossible to change to that directory?I want to put all settings options files,etc together.

you have to move the folder with my app to different location (not in C: or in Program Files)

I have it installed but i don´t know why i have used IE8 instead Opera.
