Chinese file name after upload to xun6 garbled question

Chinese document file name, upload it to xun6 after the file name appears as garbage. However, if the browser to upload, how there is no problem. In addition, the file number or English name, upload is normal. Ask you, how to solve?

Hi,
the core of my app is not UNICODE yet ... so there is some problem with the right encoding and my app does not handle those letters correctly. I can't fix this yet :(
