Send Links after Upload to a form

Hi,
can you add a function, that send send the finished links to a form.
All links with the same Filename should be send to a form.

Here I have an example:
Filename1.part1.rar
Filename1.part2.rar
etc.
http://mysite.com/script.php?linkshoster1=$$LiNKS$$&linksanotherhoster=$$LINKS1$$&uploadname=Filename1

$$LiNKS$$ = http://rapidshare.com/files/Filename1.part1.rar http://rapidshare.com/Filename1.part2.rar
$$LiNKS1$$ = http://megaupload.com/files/Filename1.part1.rar http://megaupload.com/Filename1.part2.rar
