Watch folder for a casual sub-folder

i set utorrent to move the complete download to a specific folder but it move the folder with the file inside (some .rar part), is possible to set the watch folder to monitor a specific folder and upload automatically all file inside a folder moved in the watch folder?

I don't understand ... you need to monitor a sub folder?

yes but i don't know the sub folder name because it will be created by an other application in the watch folder.
and i need that fiup upload automatically this file.

the function is monitor a folder and all sub folder
