Bitshare premium support
« on: 29-03-2011, 05:06:51 »
Hi.. your program allow uploads to bitshare but in the infos you write that the maximum size is 1 gb.. but the size is 2 gb for premium (and will be 2 gb also for free soon)..
so i try aniway to upload files bigger than 1 gb and everytime the upload at 100%.. and th e file didn't appear in file-manager (with files smaller than 1 gb works well and files appear)
Even if with html page works..can you fix this..

well, it is quite difficult for me to check this as my upload speed is not that good ;)

I use the script from their uploading too, can you check if their app works?

let's see what they reply.. but isn't better to use like base the webpage upload rather than their app?

they reply to me that with their tool there's sometimes an error that refuse to connect randomly and it's too big to fix so they will soon release a new tool.. but their "soon" word for my experience mean months..-.-
Btw speeds between the 2 methods seems rally similar..

In these days they're having a lot of trouble with their tool... they officially said that not always works the upload through the tool.. sometimes just don't work.. why don't you switch to a (maybe but i'm not so sure) slower upload method but safer and without size problems?
