Title: [X] feature addition
Post by: kissme1 on 01-02-2010, 07:12:48
can you add an option to the uploader which divides the upload file into 4 5 chunks and then joins them on completion...this will greatly improve the upload speed as most of the file hosts dont give much upload speed

can you add this?

Can you tell me how did you invent this think?
The assumption is that there is no upload resuming, no threaded uploading (uploading one file in more pieces).

Uploading is NOT the same like downloading. You can just split a file, upload it and join it on server :D

No, Rapidshare Upload Manager can resume uploads, but it can NOT upload in threads.

Rapidshare is one in thousands hosters that support upload resuming. It is not standard function. It doesn't work like download resuming. It uploads SLOWER then normal uploading.

megaupload supports upload resuming as well ;) (megamanager does). I'm quite sure Easy-Share does as well.

I haven't seen it on easy-share ...

Just split your file in more chunks with rar and you're set :)
