Title: [OK] Files don't go into my HotFile account

I am not sure where to post this but thought I'll post here since it's a not working function so. It says "Restricted Access" beside HotFile account logins in Settings. I don't understand what that means but when I upload a file, they are not shown in my File Manager on HotFile.

Premium Membership hotfile.com - $ 55
and
Item Amount:    $6,00 USD
Purpose:    z_o_o_m's programs.
