Title: [OK] Windows Server 2003 - slow uploading with pics

My server running windows server 2003 with this speed

but I can only reach this upload speed

The problem is not my app ;)
My program uploads at max speed, but this is server limit. The server does not allow faster uploading ;)

well, sometimes the total uploading speed exploded to a huge number, recent days it stayed very low :(

maybe cuz or monthly bandwidth is going down and ur speed too... that if u are running fup in a vps or dedicated server.

that happend to me xD
