when BBR2 congestion control is enabled in windows 11 these errors start to appear

not sure if the zoom program can be edited to help with these errors or not. but thought i would post just incase
BBR2 congestion control in windows is used to get better high speed uploads. But when windows released 24H2 it broke something with BBR2 and now it errors a lot
