Title: [OK] Automatically resume failed uploads

Some web hosts throw an error during uploading, for various reasons, but usually these are temporary problems, and if I manually choose to resume all uploads with a status of "failed", they eventually get successfully uploaded one time.

There is "try count" in settings.

Right, I hadn't noticed.

In that case, how could I suggest two improvements.

- Instead of giving the number of maximum attempts, give the option to take off the attempt limit completely

- The file that is resumed goes to the end of the queue
