Title: [OK] problem with completing uploads

Hi
I 've a problem with some hosts to complete uploads
as turbobit.net , xfileoad.com and mediafree.com

turbobit as an example:-
the server uploading on 15 mb/s from the begining of upload
until arrived to 80% and the speed decreases to 165 kb/s
i didn't know why !!!!
