Title: [OK] Missing Image Host When Adding Files

Hello.
I noticed tonight when I only have an image host selected in the Settings section, the host does not show up when adding a file. Only File Hosts appear when you check them in the Settings. I cannot find a way to get my image host to appear in the drop down box when adding a file.
I have included a screen shot below.

EDIT:
I did not notice the section where you can select either files or images. I clicked images and my image host appeared, however this brings another issue. How can a user use more than one account with the same image host at the same time? For instance if you have 2 accounts with imgbox.com how can you upload the same image to both accounts at the same time?

You can show/hide any site in settings ("Hostings view").
You can add more account and switch. You can use only one active account.
