SOME TIMES FAIL TO UPLOAD FILES AND GIVE MESSAGE
FAIL TO UPLOAD BUT WHEN I CHECK MY ACCOUNT 
I FOUND FILE THERE IN MY ACCOUNT

it is probably server issue, you have to report it from program
