Title: [OK] piccy.info - imagehosting not working

The software can not upload to imagehosting piccy.info
Error message is:
2012-05-04 21:07:12 UP: Send(1) (HTTPProtocolException:HTTP/1.1 403) (piccy.info)
2012-05-04 21:07:36 UP: Send(1) (HTTPProtocolException:HTTP/1.1 403) (piccy.info)

Can it be fixed?

there is some problem on their site
