Title: [OK] How do I use folder monitor?

I have the registered version, but I have no idea how to get the folder monitor going.
I have set up a selection profile (checked 3 file hosts and given it a name), but every time I turn the folder monitor on and clicks okay, nothing happens. If I open the folder monitor again all the settings are gone and it is turned off again. Help?

it is a premium features not available in the registered version,
