This is an Image Host with Account support. 
Size limit is 15 MB.  It supports the following file types: JPG / PNG / BMP / GIF. 
No time limit has been found for how long the images are stored (assume never deleted).

They also offer a sister site. http://www.upld.eu/

You can add both, but upld does not have account support.
