Hi mate.

Here's my question.

Filesonic have 2 sets of servers, one in USA, one set in EU, NL

When uploading from USA, NL servers are very slow, very very slow. However, when file is uploaded, i get download link, and everything is fine.

But, when I upload, and I get USA server, speeds are much faster, in range from 10-20 times faster.

However, when file finishes upload, there is no download link, upload just resets, and starts again, and ofc, I get some of their slow EU servers.
I've sent you reports several times on this, and got answer that there's nothing in log file.

So, is there a way to split EU, USA servers, or fix uploading to USA servers? So, we can pick country that fits us?

I am wasting way too precious bandwidth on 2 sides for nothing, and being charged from 2 sides for it. I hope you understand.
However, it isn't the only reason. Lots of uploaders need speed, so their uploads go alive before anyone elses.

I know about this, but there is no way to choose between US/EU server right now

But, is it possible to fix retrieving of download links from USA servers, at least?
Whenever file gets uploaded there (i can tell is it usa server because of much much better speed) there is no download links, and file gets uploaded again.

If I change that s248.filesonic.com server from DOM inspector in firefox, file is uploaded on that server...

I would appreciate if uploads (retrieval of download links) to filesonic are fixed. At the moment it's practically useless - I'm getting some 5 failures for every successful upload, making uploading to filesonic impossible

Just did. By the way, suddenly this is happening much less often - 2 days ago it was happening in almost every upload.

I told you probably that it is server issue :)
