Title: [OK] What's buffer and timeout?

Hello, could you please explain me the rectangled settings? Mainly the first two (buffer size, timeout):

The number of tries: I thought it was the number how many times does it try to re-upload a file when the upload breaks, however, upload went to 100% and than there was an error and nothing started to reupload again!

velikost bufferu zalezi podle linky a znamena to, v jak velkych kouscich se to posila, moc velky pri pomalem spojeni zpusobuje napr. potize
timout je doba, kterou program ceka na odpoved od serveru
a pocet pokusu znamena, kolikrat by se mel program pokouset znovu nahrat soubor, pokud dojde k chybe
