add files, select servers, start uploading? what is so difficult on that? :)

first i add video > tick multihost.., ok
after this how i select only video sharing sites.
please explain.

after this process first i add video > tick multihost,
  if i select images, all image sharing sites selected as default.
  if i select files, all files sharing sites selected as default.
but, for video, what can i do
please explain.

video sites are included between the file sharing sites

is it possible to upload my video to all file sharing sites directly.
means xyz.avi or xyz.flv

you can upload it to every site you need one by one ...
