I usually do not need any screenshot or video for this. I will check why it failed and I will reply you with an email.

also, i have it set to upload to my account, but half the files don't upload to my account

Edit: This part was a usershare problem. it was lagging and that's why it didn't show up in the account. the first part happens to me all the time though so there's most likely a problem with the program, maybe usershare changed something?

When the usershare link is uploaded it redirects to the usershare payment page a lot. I just did 9 files and 4 of them returned the payment page the rest gave the actual page.
