I usually do not need any screenshot or video for this. I will check why it failed and I will reply you with an email.

Hello, I am experiencing problems with the Send.cm server, apparently they have added special servers for the European Union and your program apparently does not choose the servers well...

Can you tell me if it can be fixed or do you know of anything?
