When the file appears, my program takes it and uploads it. But in your case the file is not complete so my program can't upload it.
You should download into one folder and then move it. There should be some script in JDownloader it which supports it.
Or you can have some delay in my settings of my program. Downloader creates a file, my program should add it into queue and it will upload it a little later.
