My program can upload only original files. Google does not allow me as developer to change it and upload into the unlimited space.

After uploading with other 12 Gbps all remaining files fail.

Error log shows only these errors:

2019-07-18 22:16:17 UP: GetUrl (HTTPProtocolException:HTTP/1.1 429 Too Many Requests) (Google Photos)
2019-07-18 22:16:21 UP: GetUrl (HTTPProtocolException:HTTP/1.1 429 Too Many Requests) (Google Photos)
2019-07-18 22:16:21 UP: GetUrl (HTTPProtocolException:HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request) (Google Photos)
2019-07-18 22:16:22 UP: GetUrl (HTTPProtocolException:HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request) (Google Photos)

I also noticed, that ZOOM upload files as "original". So only the space left in the Google account (as you should know every user has 15 GB for free) can be filled with files.

Is there an option to switch in ZOOM the upload mode from "original files, counts the free space in your Google account" to "compressed, but unlimited" ?

Would be great, otherwise I only can upload 15GB at ones.

120 days after this report and this bug still happen...

The access to google photos is granted. It happen with files larger than 5gb like the OP said.

The limit size for video on google photos is of 10gb, so it shouldn't happen...

I made some tests with google photos and here is my conclusion:

-2GB file, first try, upload OK

-2 differents files, more than 5GB each one, I try upload 10 times and each one it reaches 100% and I get this message "Error: download link not found"

Thanks for your attention.
