Instead of opening new windows for Link Sorter, Universal File Manager & Link Protector, i suggest making it a tab style instead.

example:
Upload (main) | Link Sorter | Universal File Manager | Link Protector

Having more open windows over the already windows is not very user friendly in my experience.
