can you ad an automatic stop and restart function, if a upload speed is slower as a userspecific speed.

example i say the minimum uploadspeed is 100 KB/s and the upload speed of one file drops under this speed, the program automatic stop the upload and restart it.

sry for my bad english but i'm german
