yes, "on-the-fly" splitting ;)

you can use HJ Split, Total Commander or other tools to join it ...

There already is an option to split a file larger than the specified limit using RAR compression. Could you add an option to split it without putting it into an archive, using something like FFSJ?

The split files could be joined using only command prompt, without having to rely on 3rd party utilities.
