My problem is that it does not work through a squid-based login proxy. Other hosters work fine. It works to RG using FTP via the same proxy or just normal web page uploader using the proxy, so why not through Fileuploader?

I got the same problem, rapidgator acct turned black and all my upload files do not goto my account. I'm using registered version.

I sent a bug report twice. The problem still remains unsolved. Perhaps this is something to do with the fact that now rapidgator.net not pinged?

OK done. Though it did say about the bottom 'no report attached' - no matter how many times I pressed 'chec acc' prior to doing it.
