The following hosts have either stopped allowing uploads or have been completely removed from the internet.

DZForumsUp.info
FileMirrorSite.com
FunkyUpload
Hostspread.net
Load2All.com
manyservers.info
MirrorFox.com
Mrrha.com
UploadShareFiles.Com
X-mirrors.com

I'll go through the standard file host list tomorrow.
