excuse me for interrumped you and no answer before.
the problem is not the program, is the karpesky antivirus produce something same at the bottle neck before send the data.

I got once the same problem under the system Windows 7.
But after I changed back to Windows XP, everything goes fine.

Kaspersky might be the problem as well,
Virtual PC goes through antivirus too ;)

turn antivirus off and you will see ;)

Use Kaspersky Internet security, but it is rare that in Virtual PC with Windows XP is the same without antivirus, and also emulating Windows XP on ubuntu throws the same error

I assume that you use NOD 3 or 4, right? :) I don't know yet how to fix this :(
