I had a look and it seems it works completely different way than usual video hosting.
I think I can't add it

Probably no. How exactly does it work? Do you upload it to their site, or is it shared directly? Where is the file stored?
It is not free so I can't even test it.

The site is similar to Bitchute (blockchain), it allows you to upload videos like YouTube but without the censorship.
It is possible to create several channels on one and the same account.

Yes, I tested to upload a video. To upload a video, you have to choose the name of the video, the url of the video, I put the name of my channel, you can put the name of the video too (it makes it easier to find the video), you don't have to put a space for the url of the video.
We can also choose our own thumbnails image for the video (it's not obligatory), the language of the video, possibility to choose the channel to upload video on it.

The files are stored on the site like YouTube does, there is no deletion of files after a while, the videos stay on the site.
The site is completely free, anyone can upload on this site, just create an account.

It does not allow me to upload anything without the coins.
Anyway, it seems it would be too difficult so probably not easy to add.
