Yes, my program can upload new files in the folder. This is a premium feature. Mail me if you are interested.
My program does not delete any files after upload (file could be incorrectly uploaded and the file gets deleted). But you can create some script to delete it after upload if you really need it.

Hi, is it possible to automatically upload any new files that detected on a folder and then after it's done the file will be deleted?
