yes, some people don't have this problem, some do ... depends on some unknown libraries in IE, maybe different versions ...

It seems to work this uploader if you configure a little your nod or kaspersky.
Nod 32:
Go to Advanced Configuration
In antivir module
Go to Internet traffic protection
Uncheck "http analize"

Kaspersky 2010:
Deactivate Http Protection module when running this program.

so i think is the http protection of these antivirs that blocks this excelent program.
I hope this works for all who have problems,
works for me on Win 7 64 bits with nod v4 or kaspersky 2010
