CCleaner still has options for IE, it had one cookie it removed. That seemed to fix it all works now.

Hard to say. Maybe you can try to run this in command line to clear cookies. I hope Microsoft left some parts in the system.

No IE in Windows 10 its been removed with latest updates.

So with this file host, it asks to open internal browser and login in and that checks account and works (i guess until cookie expires) problem I'm having is when I click link to open internal browser it closes before I can type in username and password. I didn't have a problem before.
