Title: [OK] Translation to Portuguese (Portugal)

Hello.
Thank you for your program. I use it very often.
Because I'm Portuguese, I'd like to see File & Image Uploader in my language, because Portuguese from Brazil is different from Portuguese from Portugal.
What do I need to do to translate it?
