If you don't have any backup, I can't help.
You can try Recuva to recover deleted files. But if it is overwritten already, you can't do anything about it.

Back in March, I had to chkdsk a lot of drives because I had a very bad virus on my PC that took me days to get rid of. Unfortunately, a chkdsk to one of the two hdds that have this software may have wiped out the log file completely. I tried everything....Recycle Bin, search deleted or hidden files, recovery software...and found nothing! This was a .log that contained a LOT of uploaded files from the mid-2010s to mid-March of this year. Both hdds are registered under the same account. Is there any way at all to retrieve that log by some other means?
