Suggestion:
channel ID could be placed in Description or Target directory, if the user upload it without filling that field (or if volafile returns that the chosen channel ID is a wrong one), (http://i.imgur.com/KZfdN9c.png) could use a default one decided by https://volafile.io/new
why not a predefined channel? because in case that channel got banned it couldn't be uploaded (at least in theory).

PS: Just a suggestion... i dont know how easy is to add a smiley to forum but adding (http://i.imgur.com/KZfdN9c.png) could be useful to refer your software (instead of using the fuzzy "it")
