I usually do not need any screenshot or video for this. I will check why it failed and I will reply you with an email.

You can replace it without any problem. It will work and settings remains. Some older versioins are available from my homepage - downloads section

Hello, I just downloaded the latest version of your software 7.5.3 [02/19/2017] but I'm having problems with 1Fichier uploads are interrupted or not even start!
To solve this problem I would try to re-install the 7.5.2 version [01.29.2017].

What do you think about it?
