I can't use my Sendspace acount

Hi, i don't talk english, but i will try write this in english.

I try to use (login) my Sendspace acount, but i can't, everytime the program said NO in active :(

What can i say for that??

I need answers (this is my favorite acount)

make sure you use correct login name and password and it contains a-Z,0-9 only
