v4.2.6 not working

i use update function and download from site, both can't work normal, i don't have CRC or MD5 can check file correct or not, so i think maybe something is wrong?

i find out what problem i got, i guess it's about unicode
i see the file list box showes like this:

d:\temp\test?\test.rar

the fileupload can't identify correct path, so even the file add in upload list, but fileupload won't work.
