Uploads don't show up

Why when I upload to Rapidshare from z-o-o-m they don't show up on my premium account or count against my used storage space?

z_o_o_m:
1) check if you set your account in settings
2) check if your account has GREEN color
3) check if your account is set as ACTIVE
4) when you add a file, check if "use account" is checked
5) check if your account is NOT full

Everything looks good, I uploaded 2 files and nothing shows up in my rapidshare home page. But I do get the links from the upload program so the files are somewhere.

are you sure you selected premium, not collector, account?
there is some mistake on your side ;)
