Fix to improve upload speed

hi man,
as you maybe know sometimes uploads are slow, but if you restart them some times they reach hi speeds. so can you make something that allow me to restart a download automatically if the upload speed is under a certain value?

Yes interesting addon, with filesonic and bitshare i have to stop and start min. 5 times for getting good speed!

Its quite an major frustration with FSC now :( (and i know it is also fsc fault to select not ideal server).

Hmm, implementing ftp upload support is also not an option as it sometimes takes few hours untill link for file is available.
