Program Skin

Hi, my first time here. Experimenting your software.
Skin installation think it's ok as screen shows skins from 1 to 23 BUT when I select any skin nothing happens.
What am I doing wrong?
Help appreciated

I haven't used them for years, it is rather outdated and not recommended.
I hope you will enjoy using my program without skins. Native looks is more productive.
