Thumbnail Size for Uploaded Images

Is it possible to change the thumbnail size for uploaded images? I am trying to upload a gallery of images to pixhost.to but I need bigger thumbnails. Pixhost settings allows you to increase the thumbnail size.

There is no such setting for pixhost in my program.
