Uploadjockey.com 3 upload of 4 get error

Hi zoom i have to upload 3 - 4 times the same file for get a link or i get this error:
error: link not found.

could you please describe all things I need to know? OS, antivirus, FUp version ...

Windows server 2008, no antivirus, v. 4.7.6 (all the others hosting that i use are working perfectly)
(Try count active, parts are red cause i have stopped the reupload)
