Registered User with upload limit

I am a registered user. After the last update, I can not set more than 8 simultaneous uploads. I have reinstalled the software and continue with the problem.

z_o_o_m:
Can you try again or try to run my program with clean settings?

I already did it. It works, but whenever I register my servers, or close and reopen the program, the maximum value changes to 8 again.

z_o_o_m:
Make sure that program can save settings. Send bug report from program. I will check it.
