delete file or dir updated

I have my daily backup in more sub-dir

---------------file_1a
---------------file_1b
---------------file_1c
----------APP2
---------------file_2a
---------------file_2b
---------------file_2c
----------APP3
---------------file_3a
---------------file_3b
---------------file_3c

 I want delete first files and sub-dirs and after dirs when i have finished of upload them.

Can you give a script?
